Galowich Family YMCA * 749 Houbolt Road, Joliet, Illinois

Guests will be invited to spend the night in a box to show their support and to experience what it is like to not have a home of their own.  This experience will provide great and humbling insight into the struggles of the homeless, men, women and children of this area

Volunteer Opportunities for Individuals or Group Projects

Restoration Ministries Thrift Stores

Volunteers are needed to sort donations, stock shelves and assist shoppers.

Store hours are 10 AM to 5 PM and is located at 351 W. 162nd Street, South Holland.

Homework Help & Tutoring

Volunteers are needed to help elementary and junior high students after school from

3 to 5 PM.  The center is located at 15330 Broadway, Harvey.

Gallery of the Arts

Looking for professional artists and teachers to teach visual and performing arts to 3rd thru 12th Graders.  The Gallery of the Arts is located at 15330 Broadway, Harvey.

Group Projects

Churches, schools, and business groups are welcome to do service projects at Restoration Ministries.
