No matter how you got your start as a small group leader or how long you’ve been leading, we want to invite you to join us at the staging ground of the leadership expedition, the journey of becoming everything God wants us to be.

As a small group leader, this conference will give you the encouragement and skill training you need to take your group members to a whole new place in 2012. 

Steve Gladen, the Small Group Pastor at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA (where Rick Warren is the senior pastor), will give two keynote presentations, and there will also be a selection of skill-training breakouts led by a team of nationally recognized small group ministry experts including Rick Howerton, Bill Donahue, Mindy Caliguire, Eddie Mosley, and Garry Poole.
