Manteno Veteran’s Home – 80’s Cover Band Party

This team will be assisting veterans with mobility challenges to move from their rooms to the Rec Room for and 80s Rock Band concert. During the event, you may be assisting the residents with different tasks. You will meet at the Veteran’s Home and they will teach you everything you need to know. The best part is just getting to sit and talk to the veterans and hear their stories. Ages 10 and up. If you volunteer for this team, you will receive an informational email the week prior with the exact location, arrival times and what to expect. We will also introduce you to your Parkview team leader, who will be your guide for the entire serving experience.
