    Facing and Overcoming Anxiety

This is an 8 session onine study.
Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:00 pm starting on September 24

Anxiety is inescapable in today’s world. When stress overpowers us and fear infects our minds, it can feel like the peace the Bible talks about is impossible to find. And no amount of pretending, overworking, or isolating ourselves will offer us the peace we need.

In this eight-session series, pastor Jonathan Pokluda explores how Christians can face anxiety head-on. With real-life stories from people facing various kinds of anxiety, this series helps us see that peace can be found on this side of eternity.

After registering you will receive the link to print materials needed and a link to join the Zoom discussion.

    Stephen Ministry
Christ caring for people through people

There are times when every one of us experiences difficulties - the loss of a loved one, discouragement, disability, loneliness, job loss, relationship problems, illness, spiritual crisis, and the list goes on.

God never intended for us to go through these experiences alone. That’s why God has brought us together as a congregation, and we have started Stephen Ministry.

Stephen Ministers have completed extensive training and will meet with you confidentially on a regular basis to listen, encourage, support, and remind you of Christ’s presence in your life.

If you’d like to learn more about Stephen Ministry for yourself or a family member (or for a friend, neighbor, co-worker, or someone else you know - inside or outside our church), please contact Stephen Ministry at 708-478-7477, Ext. 261.
